The Black Lives Matter movement has catapulted companies to become more intentional about diversity and inclusion... right? We'll be joined by leaders in the DEI space who will share their journeys, the work they are doing to make clear pathways for the HBCU community, and what participants can do to stand out.
HBCU 20x20 is fortunate to have amazing partners that are setting aside internship and full-time opportunities for participants in our program. This week, fellows will apply what you learned over the course of the previous weeks, and interview for those available opportunities held exclusively for our program.
Founded on September 2017, HBCU 20x20 is a national diversity and inclusion company that effectively prepares and connects Black college students and graduates to quality job and internship opportunities, while working with over 200 companies, looking for support to improve their diversity recruitment and retention strategies.
